​1. All Sales are Final

We follow a strict No Return and No Refund Policy. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded under normal circumstances. We request you to kindly check the product descriptions, sizes, and details carefully before making a purchase.

​2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (Exceptions)

We only replace or refund items if they are received as damaged, defective, or if the wrong product was delivered.

​To report such an issue, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mufi24029@gmail. Comwith your Order ID.

​Mandatory Requirement: A clear, unedited unboxing video from start to finish is strictly required to prove the damage/defect. Without a valid unboxing video, requests for replacements or refunds will not be entertained.

​3. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before they are shipped  Once the package is dispatched, no cancellations will be accepted.
